eNoteFile Sync functionality allows you to experience the benefits of one-click synchronisation using enterprise-grade cloud computing for multi-location remote access and automatic offsite backup.
To share with a colleague just add them to your eNoteFile 'organisation'. Login and go to the My Account area where you can register and add up to 10 users who can access the same data (if your organisation needs more just click on 'need more users' in My Account).
eNoteFile Sync functionality allows you to share your electronic notes in real time. Enjoy connectivity and collaboration with colleagues with just one click.
To synchronise go to the top left of the eNoteFile application notetaking screen and click the Synchronise button.
The eMemo category allows you to write private notes which are only accessible by you. For your convenience these are restricted from colleagues until you move or assign them to a Client.
