We just had an issue today on our Windows 7 machine that previously has been running eNotes perfectly since February. This is our main office computer and where our office staff use predominently.

eNotes was synchronised, as it had been doing fine all morning, and disconnected the WiFi usb so as to attach the external HDD to backup....when screen went grey......after a reboot, all worked fine except eNotes would not open , and we kept getting a message box that said " eNotefile has stopped working" and "Windows was checking for a solution", which promptly disappeared.

we uninstalled and then reinstalled eNotes several times, and the same message appears.

Any thoughts?

Just an update - after looking at most things, we did a 'system restore' this morning, went back to the day before yesterday's issues, and now things seem to be working okay....touch wood.

I will let you know if our problem returns, or our fix is ultimately unsuccessful.
